Welcome Neighbors,

This is the new official website for the Deer Creek Homeowners Association (HOA).

We as a Board of Directors are excited to bring you another tool to keep up on what is going on in the neighborhood.

Please look around this site as there are some new features as well as some we are still working on. We would appreciate your thoughts and comments on what we can do to make this site even better.

If you look under the “about” tab you will find copies of the by-laws and covenants, Board members as well as the Architecture Review Committee and their documents. We also included neighborhood info, and if you have info that you think would be helpful to new and established neighbors please let us know!

We will certainly try to keep our news updated a fresh but will need your help to do that, so if you think that there is something out there please let us know what “the news is” by just adding your comments to the contact page and sending them along.

Hopefully as we “grow” this website and it gets better and better, everyone will find that it is a great resource for the neighborhood.
