Architectural Review Committee

Our Responsibilities

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is to help maintain the integrity of the neighborhood. Their responsibility is to review new home plans and all changes made to the exteriors of our properties (e.g., paint colors, landscape changes, fencing, decks, etc). There are a number of restrictions outlined in the covenants and again, they are designed to protect our investments. Should you need to submit a request for change to your home’s exterior, you can fill out the form online.
