Arlene Speas recently passed away. Arlene and her husband, Earl, have been for a long time “villa park caretakers”, helping out with all sorts of things from stick pick-up to fish feeding to stream clean-up. As a tribute to her efforts over the years the HOA purchased and installed a memorial bench at the south end of the villa park next to the fish pond.
