Deer Creek HOA Annual Meeting Notice

Deer HOA member this is the notice of the annual meeting of your HOA that will be held on November 21st at 7pm and will be held at the The Players Club facility at 121st and Deer Creek Drive. At this meeting will will have reports of the activities of the HOA as well as we will hold elections for the Board of Directors. While not required, if you are planning on running for the Board I would ask that you contact me at johnfbourne22@gmail.com so we can have your name on the ballot.

A Few Other Fall Reminders

It is the policy of the Deer Creek HOA that annual Christmas lights shall not be turned on until Thanksgiving and that lights shall be turned off by January 25th and all Christmas lighting removed from exteriors by February 25th (weather permitting).

While thinking about spring projects a reminder that:

• The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is to help maintain the integrity of the neighborhood. Their responsibility is to review new home plans and all changes made to the exteriors of our properties (e.g., paint colors, landscape changes, fencing, decks, etc). There are a number of restrictions outlined in the covenants and again, they are designed to protect our investments. Should you need to submit a request for change to your home’s exterior, you can fill out the form electronically, by printing it and mailing it, or by email. All is available on the OmahaDeerCreek.com HOA website.

We would ask that all residents sign up for our HOA website at OmahaDeerCreek.com for the best information on our HOA and neighborhood. It contains by-laws-covenants-ARC info and other items that hopefully are helpful for the neighbors.

We will be having a drawing at the annual meeting for four $50 gift cards for all people that have signed their family up as a participant on the Deer Creek website. So if you aren’t get signed up today! The drawing is for everyone that has signed in. Just log in to OmahaDeerCreek.com to get registered!
