2025 October Board Meeting Minutes

President Westergard called the meeting to order at 6pm at the Players Club.

Members present were: Westergard-Bourne-Boulay-Chapeau-Salonen.

Also present was Rachell Plambeck from PJ Morgan Company.

Minutes of the previous meeting, previously handed out by e-mail, were reviewed and a motion m/s to approve and the motion passed.

ARC Committee report sent by Chair Barker was received by the board and reviewed by the board.

Rachell gave the managers report. There was 1 instance of a mailbox being hit by a homeowner around 11816 Deer Creek and Mark will handle this issue.

Tree plan for the upcoming year was discussed. Mark reported that there are 2 large trees that will be needed to be removed in the park area that should be included in the 2026 plan.

Insurance on the storage unit was discussed and Rachell will call our insurance agent and see if there is a waiver that we can get for it as we have a full coverage plan, she will report back.

Rachell will also contact Elkhorn Lawn and get clarification on Christmas light install and report back.

Joan gave a treasurer’s report and we tied into that the annual meeting report.

The rest of the annual meeting as well as the packet to be handed out as well as the board rolls was discussed at great length.

Being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:19pm.
